Trump's Ignorant Statements Touting "Cures" for Coronavirus and Fast Recoveries

First he supports hydroxychloroquine as the treatment against coronavirus without the support of rigorous medical evidence. As of late, medical papers report it as not working against the virus and it can even prove mortal.

Now, he naively (putting it in very nice terms) suggested we could inject disinfectant to people's lungs to kill the virus, or irradiate them with ultraviolet probes.

In other affairs, he wants America 'open', although there is no substantial amount of data to say it is safe to (and it isn't). If he insists more on lifting restrictions, the economical downturn will turn worse.

This ever present attitude to defy science through loose policies and unfounded suggestions are what may distinguish this pandemic from the one a hundred years ago. Politicians, leaders and people in general were more rational. It would be throughly dreadful to get him reelected.
